The Long Road Home
Ohio has one of the largest prison populations in the nation with nearly 51,000 men and women prisoners. Over 7,000 of ex-offenders are released back into Cuyahoga County each year. The Long Road Home – A Documentary on the Story of Prisoner Reentry in Ohio, tells the story of the barriers faced by ex-offenders trying to reenter society such as housing, healthcare, family reunification, and employment discrimination. This powerful documentary was produced by Cleveland’s Mansfield Frazier, an activist, journalist and author of From Behind the Wall, and publisher of Reentry Advocate.

Disable the Label of Disability: An Awareness Program (Cleveland TV 20; 2009)
During Disability Awareness Month, Cleveland's TV 20 prepared an awareness program about people successfully living with disabilities and the organizations that offer assistance. The ADAMHS Board participated in the program.
Medical Matters Television Shows
The ADAMHS sponsored four 30-minute Medical Matters television programs that aired on Time Warner Cable in early 2007. Medical Matters provided the opportunity to focus on significant mental health topics of today: suicide prevention, the Clubhouse Model in the recovery process of people with mental illness, employment of consumers and new parity legislation that provides equal insurance coverage for mental illnesses. Each of the four shows is available in its entirety, featuring different advocates for mental wellness and consumers of mental health services.
