Strategic Plan

ADAMHS Board 2017-2020 Strategic Plan:
The Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Cuyahoga developed the 2017-2020 Strategic Plan to position the Board and its service delivery system for success in a continually changing and increasingly demanding behavioral healthcare environment and recovery oriented system of care.

Planning of the Strategic Plan included a Stakeholder Summit on December 8 & 9, 2016, a Leadership Planning Session on January 9, 2017 and an Executive Team Priority Setting meeting on February 23, 2017.  A Community Needs Analysis completed by the Center for Health Affairs on December 22, 2016  was also considered in the development of the Strategic Plan.

The plan was adopted by the Board of Governors on April 26, 2017. It was officially presented to the public during the ADAMHS Board 2017 Annual Meeting and Awards Brunch on May 15, 2017.

A Living Document:
The Strategic Plan is intended to be a living document that will be modified with the ever-changing environment and will be regularly reviewed and updated as needed by the ADAMHS Board of Directors and leadership staff.
