The following information is for the ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County provider network agencies.

Change in Process for Family Centered Services and Supports (FCSS) Funding

The Cuyahoga County Family and Children First Council (FCFC) notified the ADAMHS Board of a change in the process for behavioral health agencies to access Family Centered Services & Supports (FCSS) funding. This funding helps to maintain children and youth (ages 0 through 21) with multi-systemic needs in their own homes through the provision of non-clinical, community-based services.

The FCFC will now approve and disperse the FCSS funds directly to agencies rather than through a separate agency. The decision is a result of FCFC’s new computer system that comprehensively captures all of their program data, including the distribution and tracking of FCSS funds.
