Problem Gambling Symposium: Advancing Awareness, Prevention & Treatment in Our Community

The Cuyahoga Problem Gambling Coalition is proud to host the inaugural Problem Gambling Symposium: Advancing Awareness, Prevention & Treatment in Our Community. The symposium will be held on Friday, June 19th from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm at the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging located at 11890 Fairhill Rd., Cleveland, OH 44120.

The goal of the symposium is to raise awareness of problem gambling in our community, offer clinical trainings to increase problem gambling treatment capacity locally, and provide individuals and families with the tools and resources to respond to problem gambling in their life.

Speakers will include clinical experts, people who have been affected by problem gambling, problem gambling prevention professionals and representatives from the gaming industry. The agenda is to follow.

CEUs and RCHs will be available for social workers, counselors and chemical dependency professionals.

If you are new to the issue of problem gambling, or a seasoned professional, there will be opportunities at the symposium for you!

We hope you can join us for the new and relevant event.
