The ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County utilized the services of Sue Keely during the Staff Appreciative Inquiry (AI) Summit - the kick-off to the strategic planning process - on October 21 & 22, 2010. Sue created graphic recordings, or visual illustrations, to document important ideas that were discussed during the summit to help staff remember the importance of the ideas and occasions when working on the strategic plan and other projects.
